Participation is intentionally limited to 18 guests to preserve the intimacy of the experience.
Reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of full payment.
Once all 18 places have been confirmed, registrations will close until the next Romezcal Oaxaca edition.

Reservation & Cancellation
Your place is confirmed once full payment has been received.
Cancellations made on or before 15 November 2026 are eligible for a full refund.
After 15 November 2026, payments become non-refundable, as accommodations and experiences will have been confirmed with our local partners.
If your place can be filled by another guest before departure, we will gladly assist with the transfer whenever possible.
