We also believe in drinking with intention—promoting conscious enjoyment and honoring the art of good drinking. Romezcal was born from that very spirit.

Founded by a Certified Master Mezcalier from Mexico City. Romezcal began as an immersive mezcal-and-taco experience in Austin, Texas.

What started as a local tasting soon became one of the most popular experiences in 2021–2023 and as a result deepening appreciation for Mezcal, one sip at a time.

From curating Mezcal menus to training bartenders and restaurant teams, our founder’s journey became a ripple in the wider Mezcal movement. Today, we continue that mission in Portugal—serving not just spirits, but stories, connection, and culture.
