Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the destination and the total number of bottles or overall weight. The shipping agency will be selected by us to ensure the best delivery time and reliability for your specific location. You will see the final shipping cost before confirming your purchase at checkout.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • Mainland Portugal (Portugal Continental)

  • São Miguel and Madeira
    For other Portuguese islands, a custom quote is required.

  • Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria

  • Ireland, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Hungary

  • United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland
    Please note: import duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by region and are counted from the date your order is collected by the transport company—not from the date of purchase. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Packaging and Insurance

All orders are shipped using secure, bottle-protective packaging included in the shipping price. Each shipment includes insurance coverage up to €500 when using Cellars Connect packaging. For orders exceeding this value, additional insurance is available at a rate of 1.5% of the declared value.

For destinations in the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland, the recipient is responsible for any applicable import taxes or customs duties. Orders to Ireland, the UK, and Switzerland are limited to a maximum of 12 bottles per shipment due to import regulations.

Delivery Schedule and Pickup

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 19:00, excluding local or national holidays. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt a second delivery or leave the order at a designated pickup location. Details will be provided through the tracking number or delivery notice.

If you need to coordinate delivery directly, please contact the courier using the tracking information provided once your order has been shipped.

Changing Your Delivery Address

If you need to update the delivery address for an active order, please contact our customer support team during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00). You can also manage your saved billing and shipping addresses under your account settings before placing future orders.
