Mezcal MG is an artisanal botanical Mezcal made in with Wild agave Cenizo and organic hand picked botanicals in micro batches; Using the classical Mezcal de Pechuga method of maceration and vapor infusion, we created a one of a kind spirit with a unique explosive flavor profile that captures the fresh notes of the botanical in the nose with the sweetness and light smokey aftertaste of the agave.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Crystal clear and light-bodied.
Aroma: Bright citrus and lemongrass lead the way, with floral hibiscus and earthy avocado leaf rounding out the nose.
Palate: Clean, vibrant and layered. The smoky elegance of Cenizo agave blends with spicy, herbal, and floral tones. Smooth and balanced unlike anything else.
