Burrito Fiestero – Mezcal Cenizo

Wild, smooth and deeply alive.

Crafted from wild Maguey Cenizo(Agave durangensis) grown high in the rugged lands of Durango. After 12 years of slow growth under the sun, this maguey is harvested and cooked with volcanic rock, fermented in open air, and double-distilled in copper stills. The result, a silky, balanced mezcal that’s as perfect for sipping neat as it is for bold cocktails.

TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Crystal clear, pure and luminous.
Aroma: Tropical fruits, citrus zest, earthy sweetness and a soft smoky breeze.
Palate: Round and creamy. Notes of roasted pineapple, green mango, and a touch of buttered agave. Smooth and balanced with a gentle, elegant finish.
