A bold ensamble of Cenizo (Agave durangensis) and Verde (Agave salmiana crassispina), two of Durango’s wildest magueyes, united in fire and silence. Co-cooked underground over volcanic stone, crushed by hand with an axe, fermented in open air and double-distilled in copper stills.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Clear, crystalline, luminous.
Aroma: Cooked agave, floral-citric lift, ripe tropical fruit, and a whisper of black pepper.
Palate: Juicy sweet fruit, green spice, jalapeño, earthy minerals.
A clean, smooth finish kissed by gentle smoke.
