This page complements your printed invitation and contains practical information regarding reservations, inclusions and frequently asked questions and essential travel guidelines for our inaugural journey.
The Experience

per guest (VAT Included)
Participation is intentionally limited to 18 guests to preserve the intimacy of the experience.
Reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of full payment.
Once all 18 places have been confirmed, registrations will close until the next Romezcal Oaxaca edition.
What's Included
✓ Boutique accommodation – 8 nights at Selina Oaxaca Centro.
✓ Daily breakfast served each morning at the hotel.
✓ Private airport transfers between Oaxaca International Airport (OAX) and Selina Oaxaca Centro.
✓ Private transportation throughout the entire journey.
✓ Passenger insurance during all scheduled ground transportation.
✓ A curated Romezcal Welcome Kit upon arrival.
✓ All educational and cultural experiences described in the itinerary.
✓ Four educational palenque experiences, including guided tastings and conversations with producers.
✓ All entrance fees to archaeological sites, and scheduled cultural experiences.
✓ English speaking Romezcal hosts accompanying the group throughout the journey.
✓ Curated hospitality – Non-alcoholic beverages are included during all hosted meals. Selected alcoholic beverages are thoughtfully served during the Welcome Gathering, Welcome Feast, scheduled palenque tastings and Closing Gathering.
What's Not Included
• International and domestic flights.
• Comprehensive personal travel insurance (required).
• Additional alcoholic beverages beyond the hosted experiences.
• Meals or refreshments not specified in the itinerary.
• Personal shopping, artisan crafts and souvenirs.
• Optional activities during free time.
• Optional gratuities beyond those already included by Romezcal.

- Send us a message by email or WhatsApp.
- We'll confirm availability.
- Complete the bank transfer within 48 hours to hold your spot.
- Once payment has been received, your place is officially confirmed and it is time to pack your bags!

Reservation & Cancellation
Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
Cancellations made on or before 15 November 2026 are eligible for a full refund.
After 15 November 2026, payments become non-refundable, as accommodations, transportation and experiences will have been confirmed with our local partners throughout Oaxaca.
If you are unable to attend after this date, your reservation may be transferred to another guest, subject to Romezcal's approval and availability.
Whenever possible, we will gladly assist in facilitating the transfer.
Travel Insurance
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, comprehensive personal travel insurance is required for all participants.
You must secure a policy that covers emergency international medical care, trip interruption, and baggage loss before flying.
As part of the Romezcal Oaxaca experience, passenger insurance is provided during all scheduled ground transportation. However, this coverage does not replace comprehensive personal travel insurance.
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance before departure.
